The Experience Behind the Vision
Founder Dr. Valerie Dellocono began her career as a physical therapist, where discipline, accountability, and a commitment to excellence formed the foundation of her work. Driven to help patients achieve their goals and realize their fullest potential, she continually sought out new skills and pushed the limits of both patient and physician expectations. As she grew in her career, her ability to recognize potential, understand complex systems, and translate vision into action led her from clinical practice into business operations and executive leadership - work that helped scale a multi-site healthcare network from 5 locations to 38, and drive 10x revenue growth along the way.

What Experience Revealed
As Valerie steadily progressed from clinical to operational roles, she noticed one recurring theme. Behind every measurable result was something even more important: the people that were driving those results. She realized that goal achievement and sustainable growth did not begin with strategy, infrastructure, or systems alone. It began with individuals who could take ownership, communicate effectively, make disciplined decisions, navigate challenges, and lead themselves before attempting to lead others.
